Why I’m With Learning Lab

I’m excited to work in Learning Lab’s unique environment that enables me to use my abilities and experience to positively impact children and families.

My Credentials and Experience

In 2001, I received a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Middle Tennessee State University. I immediately entered MTSU’s graduate school program for School Psychology and earned my Master’s and Education Specialist degrees.

I then became a School Psychologist with Williamson County Schools. Over five years, my responsibilities ranged from early elementary to high school grade levels. I also worked with private school and homeschool families in the Williamson County area. I joined Learning Lab in spring 2010.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and am especially interested in learning issues related to memory research, dyslexia and autism spectrum disorders. I also have a special place in my heart for teens and adolescent mental health issues.
